I have a single bedroom available to rent based in Arlesey. I live in a 1st floor, 2 bedroom flat.

It comes fully furnished with single bed, chest of drawers x 2 and a built in wardrobe. Small Tv with freeview is supplied.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful and tidy.

All rooms are shared apart from my own bedroom (i. e. bathroom, kitchen & lounge). In the kitchen you have room for storage of food as well as your own fridge freezer.

I do not mind if you smoke but like myself will have to go outside to smoke. There is strictly NO smoking in the property and strictly NO drug use or storing of any drugs on the property! (Have to state because of previous problems with lodgers)

I am close to the Peterborough-kings cross train line and arlesey has bus links to hitchin and bedford. Although there is no designated parking at the property, there is a bay where 10 cars or so can park free of charge.

If you are interested please contact me via email or by phone. The room is £400 pcm with a £150 deposit, which includes all bills but you will have to pay for own food. There is broadband available and Sky TV in the lounge.

I also have a cat & a snake, so you would need to be pet friendly.

I work shifts and lead a quiet life so this will definitely need to be respected.
